Orders & Accounts
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be accommodated. Modifications must be made before orders are dispatched. If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Orders placed prior to 3:30PM CST are dispatched the same business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number. You can also access this information under the “Orders” tab in your customer account. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to show real-time updates. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days, please check the spam/junk folder in your email or contact us.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number along with a downloadable link to view your receipt/invoice. You can also access the document through the ‘Orders’ tab located in your customer account. From there, you can conveniently generate and print a PDF Invoice.
To place an order on our site, you will need to create your customer account first. The good news is you can easily sign up using your google account for added convenience.
Lucky you, we do accept resale tax exemptions. To upload your documents please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your customer account and locate the “Resale Certificate Upload” tab in your customer account.
2. Follow the prompt and have necessary documents ready for upload.
Every tax exemption document must be reviewed by our team to ensure that all required information is provided. For this reason, your account will not be immediately tax exempt, and it will take 24-48 business hours to process. Upon approval, you will receive a notification via email.
Shipping
We offer many shipping transit times and shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. During checkout, please select your preferred service. We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $200!
All orders placed prior to 3:30pm CST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Unfortunately, we only offer domestic shipping in the US.
Absolutely, we offer local pick-up Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM. Pickup orders are ready within 1 hour. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready!
Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc) along with Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returns beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the original sender. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Keys must be returned in an uncut, unused, and unlocked condition for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
To start a return:
1. Log into your customer account and navigate to the "Returns" tab in your account.
2. Enter your order number (e.g. "RKS1234") followed by the email address associated with your account and select the items you want to request a return.
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Once the returned item is received and approved, Royal Key Supply will issue a refund. The refunded amount should be available to your bank within 7-10 business days depending on your bank and method of payment. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please advise us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If you notice there is an item missing from your order, please advise us within 72 hours of delivery. This helps ensure that our team handles this matter with priority.
Products & Programming
We highly suggest confirming the OEM PN# with a dealership. Please follow instructions below to do so:
1. Locate the VIN number for your vehicle (usually located on the corner of your front windshield).
2. Call the nearest dealership which consists of your car make (Nissan, Hyundai, Dodge, etc.)
3. Mention you are interested in buying a key for your vehicle and provide them with your VIN number. Make sure to ask what the OEM PN# is.
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, which are parts are made by the manufacturer. Refurbished keys are original, used keys, with replaced parts and refurbished to a like-new, reusable state. An aftermarket key is not sourced from the original manufacturer but is designed to function similar to an original product.
We suggest you contact your local automotive locksmith. Many locksmiths carry a variety of programming and cutting equipment for OEM, Refurbished and Aftermarket keys. Dealerships may be limited to the programmers they work with and most likely can only accomodate new OEM products.
All keys sold by Royal Key Supply come in a blank state. We are not a locksmith and cannot program the key to your vehicle. We suggest contacting your local locksmith to program the purchased key to your vehicle. We advise against dealer programming as dealerships typically cost more and cannot accommodate aftermarket or refurbished key conditions.
