Important Note:

  1. Megamos 48 Transponder Type:
    After connecting the emulator, the car becomes Immo Off, and it is possible to program new keys through the comfort module.
  2. Proximity Remote Key; 46 Transponder Type:
    After applying the emulator, the car becomes Immo Off, and you will not be able to program any new keys until you reinstall the original steering lock.

Volkswagen VW Emulator Installation Instructions

Required Steps:

  1. Remove the Comfort Module located in front of the passenger seat.
  2. Read the EEPROM (ST-M95320) in the comfort module using any compatible device (e.g., VVDI Prog, Orange 5, etc.).
  3. Save the Dump File and write it to the EEPROM of the emulator.
  4. Synchronize the Emulator:
    • You will need the original ELV (Electronic Steering Lock) for synchronization with the emulator using the connection adapter.
  5. Connect the OBD Plug:
    • Attach both the original ELV and emulator.
    • The green and red lights on the emulator will flash for 2-3 minutes, then the green light will remain on.
  6. Replace the Original ELV:
    • Plug the emulator into the ELV’s place, as the original ELV is no longer needed.
  7. Reinstall the Comfort Module:
    • Place the comfort module back into its original position in the car.
  8. Start the Vehicle:
    • The car should start successfully with the emulator installed.
