30-Day Return Policy:
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return through the online portal.
- Returns beyond the 30-day policy will not be accepted.
- Note: All returned items will require a Royal Key Supply issued RMA#. Returned packages without prior approval/RMA# will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Eligibility for Returns

OEM, Strattec, Xhorse, Autel, etc (covers brand new parts from manufacturers sealed in bags or boxes).
- Must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging that the item came in to be approved. No exceptions.

Refurbished/Aftermarket items:
- Keys must be returned in an uncut, unused, unlocked, and original condition to be approved.

All sales are final and non-returnable for the items listed below:
- Key Machines, Programmers, Cloners, Testers and Diagnostic Machines
- Lishi and/or Pick and Decoder Tools
- Transponder Chips
- Tokens & Software/Software Updates
- Online Course Bookings
- Emulators & Simulators
- Door & Ignition Locks (unless otherwise noted)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
- Please notify us immediately of any incorrect or missing items or any items damaged due to shipping.
Charges for Returns/Cancellations
- Royal Key Supply will provide a return shipping label for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for a return label for other return reasons.
- Cancelled orders may be refunded as store credit or back to the original payment method. A 3% credit card fee will apply.
- All returns are subject to inspection and restocking fee of 20%. (Faulty/Damaged items are excluded from this restocking fee)

Non-Refundable Terms:
- Royal Key Supply is not responsible for miscut keys.
- If items are returned in an unusable state, the return will be rejected and returned to sender.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
KEY LAB Guarantee
- We offer a 30-day guarantee or your money back for all KEY LAB items.
- Faulty KEY LAB items can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Visit your customer account and navigate to the "Return Portal" tab.
- Enter your order number (e.g., "RKS1234") and your email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the items for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are not accepted, unless otherwise noted.
- To get a different item, return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
- You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, you will be refunded based on your refund method (Store Credit or Credit Card)
- Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
