Carrier Services:

  • Guaranteed Services: Carrier services stating transit times (e.g., 2-Day, Overnight) are guaranteed by the carrier.
  • Estimated Services: All other carrier services providing estimated transit times (e.g., UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail) cannot guarantee delivery times by either the carrier or Royal Key Supply.

 

Shipping Options and Carriers:

  • We offer several different shipping options which can be viewed upon checking out. Shipping rates are based on the shipping service selected, items in your order, and the delivery destination. Heavy items may contain shipping surcharges, which will be reflected in the rates.
  • Our shipping carriers include UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
  • Order Processing Time:
    • Orders placed before 3:30 PM CST will be shipped the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 3:30 PM CST will be shipped the following business day.
    • Overnight orders placed before 3:30 PM CST on Friday will be shipped the same day but delivered on the next business day (Monday).

 

Tracking Information:

  • Upon placing an order, an email containing the tracking number will be provided.
  • We will update your order with the tracking information via email.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Offered Shipping Discounts & Rates

  •  FREE Standard shipping for orders $199+ (UPS Ground, USPS Priority)
  • 50% OFF Express Shipping rates for order $425+ (UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air)
  • Shipping Discount Exclusions: Orders containing large equipment such as (but not limited to) key machines or programmers are excluded from all discounted shipping rates due to the oversized nature of the items.

 

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

  • Once an order is dispatched, it is physically out of our hands, and the responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
  • Royal Key Supply shall not be held liable for lost packages or late delivery times caused by the shipping carrier.
  • We cannot stop, delay, or expedite any shipments once they have been dispatched.
  • Shipping delays can occur due to weather extremes, even if the weather isn’t impacting your specific area/location. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are non-refundable as per the shipping carriers’ policy.
  • Lost Packages:

    • If a package is lost, replacements or refunds will not be issued until a claim has been filed, accepted, and paid by the selected carrier.

    • If the shipping carrier denies the filed claim, we shall not be responsible for issuing replacements or a refund for your order.
    • Refunds or replacements will only be authorized once the claim has been accepted and paid by the carrier.
    • Please check the carrier's claim policy for further information on filing times.
