Note for CAN FD GM 2021+ Vehicles

When programming newer GM vehicles equipped with CAN FD (2021 and newer), a simple verification process is required. The tool will generate a code during programming — you’ll need to text this code to a dedicated support number to receive a confirmation code, which is then entered to complete the procedure. The contact details will be included inside your machine’s package.

Support for this service is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. CAN FD support is not available outside these hours, so please plan your programming sessions accordingly.
